‘Vignette’ app for Android

I’m just showing off.  I doubt most of you mind.

I’ve been spending 4-5 days a week in the gym – not screwing around, but doing cross-training, boxing circuit training, and this ‘boot camp’ class that smokes the shit out of me.  I hurt *everywhere*, but it’s paying off.  I’ve dropped 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks that I didn’t even know I had to lose, and am firming up all over remarkably quickly.  I still have a ways to go in order to get where I want to be, but fat loss for sure isn’t making me lose anything up front or back!  I’ve oddly gained about half a cup size in the last couple of weeks…wth?  Whatever, I’m not complaining.

I still fucking hate exercise, but it’s becoming a good habit.
